We are thankful to our volunteers, mostly students from schools and colleges who work with the festival each year to make it a success. It would not be possible for us to make this far in our creative endeavors without their great support.
Volunteer for the Lahore International Children’s Film Festival (LICFF) and become part of the excitement and activity that goes into creating this festival. It is a good opportunity for students to learn organizing skills, exercise their creativity as well as meet different people associated with performing art during the course of preparation. LICFF welcomes and accommodate ideas by volunteers on all aspects of the event.
Before volunteering, make sure that you would be able to make yourself available for 8-10 hours a day before and during the festival, mostly.
Volunteers are needed in all areas, including but not limited to:
- Distribute festival programs and posters
- Ticket sales
- Theatre ushers / ticket collectors
- On Site Event Assistance
- Location Decoration
We expect our volunteers to arrive for their scheduled shift on time, treat everyone with respect and follow the festival rules.
If you are unable to reach for a committed day or are running late, we expect you to contact one of the Volunteer Coordinators immediately so we may ensure the festival runs smoothly.
There is limited number of slots but we would love to accommodate you if you possess required skills for the work. Each volunteer will receive a letter of thanks at the end of the festival as recognition of their time and effort.
