LICFF Make – Filmmaking Competition for Young 2019
Lahore International Children’s Film Festival (LICFF) invites you to participate in Filmmaking Competition for Young 2019. Through this competition, we aim to give students, young and adults an opportunity to showcase their talent of filmmaking in LICFF, as well as other International Children’s Film Festival around the world.
Under 18 youth can make a short film (under 5 minutes) using a camera or high-quality cell phone and send it to the competition.
Theme: Our Rights and Responsibilities
This year’s theme proposes to reflect on how girls and boys, women and men, individually or together can make the world a better place. The following sub topics can be considered as well;
- Bullying and Violence
- Future and career
- Life choices
The competition aims to mobilize and raise the awareness of both children and adults around the issue of gender equality.
Film Duration: Under 5 minutes.
Submission Deadline: 30 April, 2019.
Submission Fee: 1000 for each submission
Individuals and groups can participate in the competition. A maximum number of 5 children can participate in a group from schools.
